Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows as a teenager. Within a single year, she earned her pro card at 17 years old. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her education at college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she came in third. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Ariel competed against the best of top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
