Donald Joseph Qualls, better called DJ Qualls is an American actor, producer and fashion model. After gaining acclaim for his part on Road Trip, he's appeared in over 20 movies. These include The New Guy Hustle & Flow, The Core and The New Guy Hustle & Flow. Alongside his role on Road Trip Qualls has appeared in over 22 TV shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order and many more. As a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma and diagnosed when he was 14 years old. Qualls is an avid fighter. After two years of treatment the cancer has gone into Remission. However, the early treatment had severe effects on his health as well as stunted development. The financial security was his first aim once he started, as he'd seen poverty all through his childhood. The interviewer said that because he had lived so sparingly for such a long time I required security in my finances to feel secure and at ease. In an interview, he also reflects on his growing up. His goal is to put an end to bullies. He is a victim of cruelty and hurts him to the core. DJ's ideal role is to be a father in reel and in reality. Director doesn't pick him to play those parts, but he does say. He'd love to become the father of his child one day in order to spend more time with his child and not be so occupied with his work.
